In an act of solidarity with Fukushima, Japan on March 11, 2012 a coalition of demonstrators protested outside of San Onofre Nuclear Waste Generating Station (SONWGS). The waste plant has been shut down for more than 2 months due to a radiation leak, how much they will not say. The protesters want it dismantled forever. They were joined by Fukushima survivors.
